Most of my work in painting has an "image message", communicating my innermost feelings and ideas. The symbolic message is sometimes unknown, even to myself, but it is there...

My paintings reflect my life, where I've been, what I've seen, what I think and who I am.

These ideas are carried on the colors, lines, and textures of the shapes of nature. Using plant forms and landscape, figures both individually and universally, I express the idea I want to share.

The media which I use to express these visual images in some form of water media. I use transparent watercolor, acrylic, casein or a combination of these. At times I use collage to embellish my paintings. I like to experiment and use the media in new ways. I also paint with oil and enjoy it's rich and true color.
